Genio Della Pizza is a new line of Italian frozen pizzas that aims to reimagine the frozen food category with high-quality ingredients and authentic regional preparation techniques. The brand is founded by Anthony Mangieri, the owner and chef of New York's acclaimed and award-winning Una Pizza Napoletana.
Genio pushes the boundaries of traditional Italian frozen pizza by making each product in Italy and using naturally fermented dough. The pizzas are hand-stretched and topped with fresh local ingredients before being baked in a woodfire oven. They are free from fillers and artificial ingredients.
The Genio Della Pizza range includes Margherita, Marinara, The Bianca, and Broccoli varieties. The price point of $13.99 for each pizza reflects the brand's focus on delivering a premium product while still being competitive within the frozen pizza market. The product range will be available via Goldbelly in late August.
