The Islay Cask Matured Gin Range Shares Innovations from The Botanist

The Botanist Islay Dry Gin newly unveiled The Islay Cask Matured Gin Range and with it, an innovation in matured gin. This range includes The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Gin and The Botanist Islay Cask Aged Gin, which build on The Botanist's 22 Islay botanicals to add depth and distinctiveness for discerning drinkers.

Crafted at Bruichladdich Distillery on the Scottish Isle of Islay, these two new liquids experiment with wood that previously held everything from fine red wine and sherry to American whisky. While The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Gin is a cuvée of around 16 different cask types and has been aged for a minimum of six months, The Botanist Islay Cask Aged Gin is a cuvée of around six different cask types and has been aged for a minimum of three years.
