Ironton Distillery & Crafthouse has unveiled its latest whiskey, dubbed the Coffee Cask Finished Straight Rye Malt Whiskey. In collaboration with Bluegrass Coffee Co., a small-batch roaster in the area, Ironton has aged Bluegrass’ house coffee beans and cold brew in a barrel of Ironton Straight Rye Malt Whiskey. Ironton then finished the limited-edition whiskey in the coffee-infused barrel. Less than 300 bottles of this single-barrel release are available, making this offering perfect for a holiday gift or celebration.
