Apple is offering customized iPods for Mother's day! In an era of personalization and more ad-hoc products, Apple started to leverage on an asset that would seem pretty common but that very frew brands are allowed to do: offer product customization.
Some other brands (e.g. Nike, Smirnoff, Absolut, etc.) have been doing this in some of their campaigns, howeve,r none of those brands have a product that is on a day-to-day basis like an iPod. Now Mom can have her own version with a personalized tribute to her on it.
