Acting to secure your photos, the Intimatic app lets you share your photos without revealing any identities. The smartphone and computer app automatically censors out faces in pictures so that you don't have to worry about being identified. Once Intimatic does its magic, you can upload your photo to your favorite social networking site while knowing that your identity is secure.
Developers Federico Joselevich Puiggrós and Intimidad Romero created the app in order to keep users safe from both robots and the public. By censoring the face, automatic face-detection algorithms can't store your visage to find you later. In addition, if your photo is shared publicly, no one will be able to identify you.
The Intimatic app is currently available for OS X, Windows and Linux operating systems as well as for iOS devices. An app for android devices is currently being developed.
