Computer technology giant AMD is teaming up with eye tracking technology company Eyeware Tech SA to launch a spectacularly futuristic privacy app that aims to leverage eye-tracking and head-tracking tools to make it possible for computer users to achieve a higher degree of privacy for their screens.
This particular privacy app will make use of Eyeware's high-tech eye-tracking systems to darken or blur parts of the screen that a user isn't looking at. The 'Privacy View' app also offers a range of options to allow users to tweak how areas outside of their immediate field of view are blurred or darkened, allowing them to rest easy in the knowledge that their information isn't being broadcasted to all and sundry.
