Nvidia Uses AI Technology to Develop the Eye Contact Feature

Nvidia launches its new eye contact feature that is designed with the foundation of artificially intelligent technology. The feature makes it appear like those cameras are making eye contact, which has been added to Nvidia Broadcast 1.4 as it replaces the eyes with 'simulated' versions that are aligned with the camera.

In a recent announcement, the company notes that this feature is designed for “content creators seeking to record themselves while reading their notes or a script” so that they do not have to look right at the camera. The company also notes that the new feature will make users' simulated eyes match the color of one's real eyes as well and there is “even a disconnect feature in case you look too far away.”
