Chocolate Moderne Created a White Chocolate Tomato Cinnamon Bar

Chocolate Moderne previously launched an award-winning tomato lemon caramel bar in 2015 and it is now reinventing the idea of a tomato-infused chocolate bar with one of its newest creations.

An all-new White Chocolate Tomato Cinnamon Bar from Chocolate Moderne was recently debuted at the Summer Fancy Food Show in Manhattan. True to its name, the bar boasts a white chocolate base that's "filled with caramel made with crushed tomatoes and scented with cinnamon." The unconventional chocolate bar is finished off by splatters of natural red color, as well as dark chocolate, which adds visual interest to the unconventional new white chocolate bar product.
