The Illuminated Landscapes by Benoit Paille are apart of a beautiful series of pictures that capture different scenes at night. Benoit Paille uses a unique lighting method that features illuminating floating lights that he sets in nature.
Benoit physically sets up 1x1 square meter lights at night when there is no natural light to create new spaces and landscapes. It is amazing how Benoit captures simple photos with so much depth. The picture taken amongst the trees resembles a fire in the forest, and other photos include scenes in the winter, fall and spring.
Benoit is a Montreal-based photographer who completed this project with his assistant Anne-Marie Richard. These stunning photos capture a moment in time, and are a bizarre way to photograph the surrounding scenery.
