Rapper Kanye West recently proclaimed that he'd like to try his hand at furniture design, citing the major Swedish brand as one of his greatest inspirations -- which prompted IKEA Australia to create a fake ad that shows what the collaborative furniture might look like.
The rapper first expressed his interest in designing furniture for the company during an interview with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. He explained this by saying "Yo IKEA, allow Kanye to create, allow him to make this thing because you know what, I want a bed that he makes, I want a chair that he makes—I want more products from Ye."
IKEA Australia's ad depicts the 'YEEZY,' and tells West: "We’d love to see what you’d create… we could make you Famous!" in reference to his controversial 'Life of Pablo' track.
