Exclusively Crimson Editorials

The System I Was Drugged by This Sort of Life Photoshoot is All Red

The System Magazine editorial titled I was Drugged by This Sort of Life is now apart of the publication's Spring/Summer 2015 edition. The production zeroes in on a bold crimson color scheme that plays up on Valentino's penchant for the rich hue.

Stylist Camille Bidault-Waddington dressed model Helena Severin in opulent formal wear. Photographer Zoe Ghertner's images revealed off-the-shoulder gowns, feather trimming and oversize black bows.

In spite of the red shading that remained consistent throughout Drugged by This Sort of Life, Bidault-Waddington nonetheless made the production multifaceted. Dynamism came in the form of converse sneakers, winter toques and ruffled fabrics. These unexpected twists worked well, mixing classic and modern elements together in each outfit.
