Hydration-Focused Sleep Remedies

Consumer Wellness Brand Hydrant Debuted SLEEP for a Restful Night

The consumer wellness brand, Hydrant, recently launched its newest product SLEEP. While it may come as a surprise, hydration is an important–and underrated–part of getting a restful night's sleep.

The Hydrant SLEEP leverages science-backed research to promote a quality night of sleep. The product, released in an Elderberry flavored variant, includes a combination of electrolytes to hydrate the body overnight and Melatonin, Magnesium, L-theanine, GABA, and Chamomile Extract to promote serene sleep.

Individuals can drink Hydrant SLEEP as either a hot or cold beverage and the brand recommends drinking 4oz-8oz of water with SLEEP about 30 minutes before bed. The product line will be sold in a pack of 30 sticks for $43.75 or via subscription for $35.
