The HP Stream 11 and Stream 13 Now Have Improved Battery Life

The HP Stream laptops have just been updated, and they are doing a fine job solidifying the collection's reputation as an excellent ultra-budget laptop. The Stream 11 and 13 cost the same as the older Stream laptops -- starting at only $200 -- but feature a few upgrades including a significantly improved battery life.

The new iterations of the HP Stream laptops also feature a smaller and lighter design. The 11.6-inch Stream 11 now weighs only 2.6 pounds, while the larger Stream 11 comes with an optional touchscreen. However both of the laptops share a common unifier in that they offer significantly better run time, up to 10.5 hours on the Stream 11 AND 8.5 hours on the Stream 13.

With these upgrades, the HP Stream line is well and truly making a name for itself as the ideal machine for people on a shoestring budget.
