The currently unoccupied historic home, Howey Mansion is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation and is set to re-open as a dreamy wedding venue in 2018.

The gorgeous 7,188-square-foot home stands as an icon in the small Florida town, Howey-in-the-Hill, as it was built by the town's founder, William Howey, in 1925. The home's Mediterranean-style will be maintained during the revitalization, offering couples a vintage and romantic environment to tie the knot.

In addition to serving as an ideal wedding reception venue, the Howey mansion features 20 unique rooms, offering guests an unforgettable place to rest following the romantic festivities. The incorporation of a high-end restaurant and a bed and breakfast service has also been discussed, which the wedding party would be invited to take full advantage of.
