Partners PSFK and real estate company Prodigy Network are looking for votes on the design and amenities for the first 'cotel' in New York City's financial district. Manhattan's 17John will be a crowdsourced competition for the physical and visual elements of an innovative extended-stay hotel intended to meet the needs of modern business travelers.
The competition involves collaborating on three hotel design pieces: a public area, a private area as well as digital services. In total, $50,000 will be awarded across the three categories, and they are looking for you to cast your vote for the winners.
