The Roots of Paris Inspire a Hotel de Sagonne Apartment

Located in the 4th arrondissement in Paris is a renovation project inside of the Hotel de Sagonne which was first conceived in 1668 by Jules Hardouin Mansart as a private home. The structure has since gone through an array of transformations including its conversion into apartments.

Wood Marsh leads the latest project as one of the units of the apartment building is reinterpreted by blending the rich history of the location along with modern accents. The Hotel de Sagonne is a true root of the city's heritage and any modifications have to go through intricate processes for approval. In this new update, the studio has worked through these and honors the past while infusing new elements.
