Created by Audra at the food blog The Baker Chick, the Fudgy Guinness Brownies are topped with a delicious whiskey caramel glaze. The boozy recipe is one of the few examples when mixing different kinds of alcohol actually ends well.
If you want to try to bake these next-level homemade brownies, you will need a stout (such as Guinness), either chopped up semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, plus scotch whiskey, a Guinness reduction from the brownies, powdered sugar, half and half, sea salt, sugar and butter for the epic frosting.
While you could technically enjoy this treat whenever, they make a particularly indulgent late-night snack or a cheeky dessert.
