Seed to Table added ‘Goldie,’ a conversational AI avatar built with Live Buzz Intelligence, for grocery shoppers at its Naples, Florida, store. Visitors can ask questions and get recommendations through a full-size ‘Proto Hologram’ screen. The avatar appears on a seven-foot display at the entrance, where it also shares store details and ads.
Goldie also tracks preferences and previous interactions, so repeat visitors can pick up a conversation instead of starting over. Inside the store, participating brands pair QR shelf displays with product stories, offers and recommendations tied to the item in front of the shopper.
Live Buzz Intelligence shows how the Naples deployment can make a B2B pitch for broader rollouts across thousands of U.S. sites, while the hologram entrance and QR shelves move in-store media closer to two-way service and give retailers and brands places to answer questions and surface promotions on site.
