HODINA and Minimalissimo Joined to Create a Limited-Edition Timepiece

Magazine label Minimalissimo worked in collaboration with HODINA on creating a sleek unisex timepiece that is limited to only 300 pieces. The word "hodina" directly translates to "hour" in Ukranian, and the label stemmed from a watch repair technician who was only 18 years old. Minimalissimo dedicates itself to delivering minimal designs and had the goal of creating a watch that resembles this concept whilst infusing that with its unique design influence. Minimalissimo looked to the smooth rocks found by ocean shores for design cues, which are translated onto the watch encasing.

The labels used raw industrial steel to create the brushed dial, along with monochromatic hands to indicate both the time and date. The wristbands are made from a premium leather gathered from Italy and the smooth case is constructed from sapphire glass.
