While tofu doesn't sound appealing to most, when prepared right, it can actually be a tasty treat. To successfully make this mini snack, all you need is a pack of tofu, carrots, onions, cilantro, garlic, flour, cucumber, mango and canola and soy sauce.
Before you set the ingredients on the stove, mix them together in a bowl so when they're cooking all the flavors will blend together. When you're ready to cook them place them in a 1/4 measuring cup to get the shape of a patty.
For extra taste, add other ingredients you like and serve the herbed tofu cakes with soy sauce.
