Americanized Australian Burger Chains

Hello Harry Offers Up American-Style Burgers and Desserts

Hello Harry (HH) has arrived in North Adelaide, replacing the old Chuck Wagon building with a fresh take on American-style burgers. Founded a decade ago by two-hat Chef Tony Kelly, HH draws inspiration from his U.S. travels, blending fast-food flavors with fine-dining techniques. The menu features signature burgers on custom-made buns crafted exclusively for HH by a private baker.

“[Kelly] came up with the concept of making American food using fine-dining techniques and approach,” explained restaurant manager Ravi Singh.

For those with a sweet tooth, 'Harry’s Famous Dessert Bombs' offer a unique twist—flash-fried burger buns rolled in cinnamon, filled with ice cream, and topped with strawberry, Nutella, or salted caramel. With its dedication to quality ingredients and bold flavors, Hello Harry is set to become a must-visit for Adelaide food lovers.
