Heinz Debuts the Heinz AI Ketchup Campaign Using AI-Generated Images

AI image generation -- from avocado chairs to celebrities eating yogurt -- is a new viral sensation and has many discussing the alarming accuracy of AI drawings. Heinz is joining the AI image-accuracy debate with the launch of the Heinz AI Ketchup campaign.

Last year, Heinz anonymously asked people across five continents to "draw ketchup," and the results yielded that most individuals drew the iconic 'Heinz' bottle. To see if the artificial intelligence would produce the same results, Heinz leverages DALL·E 2's platform (the brand recently announced all procured images are free to use commercially).

Heinz tried the word "ketchup" as well as unique combinations like “impressionist painting of a ketchup bottle" and found the unbiased source created images that look strikingly similar to the iconic Heinz bottle.
