The Alto-Shaam Heated Shelf Merchandisers (HSMs) are the brand's latest version of its warm food display equipment that will provide retailers with a way to keep edibles ready for patrons to pick up. The unit is outfitted with a series of open-style shelves that are paired with Halo Heat technology to provide top-down heating to help extend the life of many delicate food items. This includes sandwiches, burritos, pastries and more, according to the brand.
The Alto-Shaam Heated Shelf Merchandisers (HSMs) are being made available on a staggered basis that will allow for orders for the 36-inch unit to be placed immediately including the floor-standing and countertop models. The 24-inch and 48-inch models, however, will be available later this year.
