These healthy pancakes making a filling breakfast full of what chef Jamie Oliver would call everyday superfoods. Instead of using a more traditional pancake batter, the recipe uses a blueberry smoothie as the base.
The blueberry blender pancakes call for whole ingredients such as 2% milk, whole wheat flour, fresh blueberries, plain yogurt (with full fat), bananas, eggs, ground cinnamon, manuka honey and chopped nuts. If you choose to go with smaller sized healthy pancakes, you can make a short stack and top them with more yogurt, honey, cinnamon and nuts. You can always go with one large hot cake as well.
