The Harper's Bazaar UK September 2014 Spot On editorial featuring model Ilse de Boer has found a way to make animal prints appear subdued. Stylist Miranda Almond made no mistake of the production's focus upon cheetah patterns and wild prints, yet she did so in an approachable manner.
Almond ensured that the aggressive patterns were the most eye-catching aspect of these Harper's Bazaar UK ensembles. Aside from the prints displayed via heels and clutch purses, de Boer sported minimalist basics, seen in beige trench coats, white blouses, black belts and soft loose-fitting sweaters.
By mixing bold safari prints with muted apparel, Spot On showcases how readers can mix the two looks. Together it appears that the styles mesh well, especially when simplicity is involved.
