The new normal has pushed many consumers to rethink their living space as an office, classroom and even gym as they spend more time at home than ever, so the conceptual G-Wall Home Fitness System identifies what could be done to help increase efficiency.

The modular gym system is intended to be installed behind a closet or a series of cabinet doors that can be closed when not in use to hide it out of sight. This would make the most of every square inch of a space as well as areas that could otherwise not be considered like interior walls and closets.

The conceptual G-Wall Home Fitness System is the design work of Tan Xuwen, Zhang Hu, Huang Shumei, Tong Bomin, Gao Lin x Guangdong Piano Customized Furniture Co., Ltd., and was presented at the 2020 K-Design Award.
