Les Mills Partners with HYROX

Les Mills has been named the Official Group Training Program Partner for HYROX — the global fitness racing format that combines eight one-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations. This partnership will introduce two new group training programs — CEREMONY HYROX and CEREMONY HYROX MAX — which are based on the functional circuit format of LES MILLS CEREMONY.

CEREMONY HYROX and CEREMONY HYROX MAX are designed to support HYROX training while retaining the unique blend of music, motivating coaching, community, and science-backed movement that Les Mills is known for. The programs are now available to clubs as a preferential package that includes HYROX affiliation and access to the full HYROX365 platform. 

The naming of Les Mills as HYROX’s Official Group Training Program Partner is noteworthy because the latter has exploded in popularity. The partnership leverages Les Mills' rigorous workout development process, which involves sports scientists, physiologists, and movement specialists.
