Avenir Debuts the Great Egret Clubhouse in Florida

Avenir, a master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has unveiled the Great Egret Clubhouse — an expansive new amenity complex spanning 13 acres that serves as a social and wellness hub for residents living in the development's western neighborhoods.

The Great Egret Clubhouse integrates a wide array of recreational, dining, and relaxation options under one roof. This includes a full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor bars, a resort-style pool with a beach entry and a separate lap pool, as well as cabanas and hammocks for lounging. For fitness enthusiasts, the clubhouse offers a comprehensive sports complex featuring a fitness center, group exercise studios, an indoor basketball court, 12 pickleball courts, nine tennis courts, and an open play field. These are complemented by a pro shop and a full-service spa with a steam room, sauna, and salon services. Social gathering spaces are equally abundant, with card rooms, a teen room, a playground, lounge areas, and a catering kitchen designed to accommodate events and family activities.
