With the intention of defining the future of beauty in the metaverse, and promoting growth and innovation, NYX Professional Makeup announced GORJS as the world's first DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization.) As described by the digitally native beauty brand, this community-led artist collective is "focused on fostering the development of the 3D artist community and its evolving approach to makeup in the metaverse."

DAO will help to create a community of artists who are taking beauty to whole new levels in the metaverse, all the while making sure that everyone is part of the conversation with diversity, inclusivity and accessibility as shared values.

Previewed at the Viva Technology conference in Paris, GORJS by NYX Professional Makeup is set to share the work of creators like @thisiscraves, @smeccea and @curry_tian.
