Google Hire service is an interesting service by the company, meant to beat out LinkedIn, and a new feature to the system now makes it easier for recruiters to find the perfect candidate. The new service essentially allows recruiters to find past applicants who may not have been right for a previous position, but might fit a new gig at the company. The new Google Hire service is set to aid immensely in the hiring process as candidates who previously showed interest in a company can easily be found and in most cases are more likely to show up for interviews as opposed to new candidates.
The new Google Hire service will also rank candidates who previously received an offer but ended up passing up on the job more highly than those who didn't. The thinking behind this feature deals with the idea that the former is most likely a better fit for the company. The update to the service also includes a new search capability that can better streamline how companies find new candidates.
