IHOP's new gluten-friendly Buttermilk pancakes are made from the brand's signature pancake batter, blended with rice flour, milk, sugar, eggs, and other gluten-free ingredients. The result is a fluffy, gluten-friendly pancake that doesn't compromise on taste or texture. Of course, it's worth noting that "HOP defines gluten-friendly as menu items prepared without gluten-containing ingredients based on information from our approved suppliers," but "cannot confirm that they meet the FDA’s definition of 'gluten free'."

For those looking for other gluten-free breakfast options, IHOP is also offering gluten-friendly waffles and gluten-friendly Ultimate Steakburgers. The waffles will be made with a gluten-friendly Belgian waffle batter, while the Steakburger buns are made from a blend of rice flour, egg whites, and honey.
