ASICS' GlideRIde is Perfect for Athletes and Non-Athletes

ASICS' latest GlideRide technology has gone through different series of testing on current and former athletes to promise functionality. Runners were asked to run at a moderate pace and it was found that the energy return allowed them to run further and longer than usual.

The sneakers feature a special eponymous midsole that reduces energy loss and notably implements a curved midsole. This element minimizes movement around the ankle for better joint support and the rearfoot boasts GEL cushioned technology for added comfort. The uppers are constructed from a blend of engineered mesh to deliver breathability as well. The overall components of the footwear model make the design suitable for runners and non-runners for sports or casual wear. The GlideRide sneakers are set to launch online at ASICS and at global retailers on September 27th.
