The 'Glassfield' shirt is a redesign of the all-too-common classic button down. It seems that designers love to find a new fabric to make a button down out of, but a limited few ever attempt to change the basic structure of the shirt. Engineered Garments has teamed with Beam+ to do just that, and the result is poised to be an instant hit.

The Glassfield shirt features a middle strap that cuts across the chest. The designers claim that this strap is meant to hold your binoculars while hunting.

Regardless, the Glassfield shirt comes in white and chambray, and is a basic shirt that has enough about it that's new to make it an exciting new piece of staple menswear.
