Coconut Grove is a brand new condo development, located in Miami and constructed by the reputed Danish firm Bjarke Ingels Group, that stands out for its unique design which features not one but two twisting glass towers that rise up to a considerably impressive height of 20 floors.
In addition to being architecturally impressive, this glass tower development is also noteworthy because it is set to be Florida's first ever LEED Gold-certified residential building, which means that well over 30 percent of building materials incorporated recycled materials. Additionally, over 80 percent of discarded construction materials were also routed towards recycling.
Designed for luxury living, the Coconut Grove condo tower project goes to show that luxury and visual impact can absolutely go hand-in-hand with eco-friendly and sustainable architectural principles.
