Kozaburo Akasaka's menswear series KOZABURO is an ongoing project as the Brooklyn-based effort continues to drop goods -- this time, the Gi Pants. Following the global pandemic and currently trying to navigate through it, the genderless pants are perfect for lounging at home or functional purposes as well.
The versatile design is reminiscent of martial art uniforms, as he explains, “My intention was to make a new staple for this generation: utility pants that accommodate various body types, ages, and genders.” There are two styles of the comfortable silhouette -- there is the Gigi pants in blue and Mobi pants in beige. These build from the Gi Pants and features details such as reinforced stitching, tough canvas construction, anatomical pockets, and more.
