PepsiCo Announced the North American Debut of Gatorade Black Ice

PepsiCo Beverages has announced the North American release of its Gatorade Black Ice sports drink. The Gatorade Black Ice flavor was previously only available in South America where the drink was met with great success. On April 25th, 2022, the refreshing sports drink will be available in North America, exclusively in Canada. The Gatorade Black Ice sports drink is sold in 710 mL bottles and will be available at convenience stores across the country.

PepsiCo describes the taste of Gatorade Black Ice as crisp and refreshing with a bold black color. With the new market for Gatorade Black Ice, the brand is excited to provide athletes with new refreshing, enjoyable flavors with unique colors.

Lourdes Seminario, senior marketing director of hydration at PepsiCo, stated "Not only are we able to fuel and prepare athletes for intense in-game moments, but we’re helping athletes rehydrate, replenish and refuel at all stages in the game.”
