Garudio Studiage Constructs Whimsical Architectural Flat Cap

Garudio Studiage, a UK-based collective, has created a special flat cap. This whimsical hat was commissioned by the V&A for their Easter Bonnet Parade.
Garudio Studiage’s flat cap consists of an apartment building which sits atop a checked cap and is described by the studiage as, “a surreal pun on two iconic forms.” The building also includes its own miniature world complete with pigeons, a horse and other fashionable and famous inhabitants. The flat cap is entirely hand-made out of paper and card and playfully narrates the happenings among its twisted miniature community.
