The Galaxy Note 9 update will provide a number of improvements to the device and its camera -- most notably the update comes with a Night Mode for the device's camera. Other aspects in the update are a security patch and extra camera abilities, one of which is a Bixby QR code scanner. The update to the Note 9 model is very similar to the one that came to the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ model last week. Both updates highlight a Night Mode for the respective smartphone cameras.
