Trader Joe's take on this on-the-go snack stays true to the original inspiration, as it boasts a potato-based crust and a vegetable-packed filling of spinach, cauliflower, hard-boiled egg whites and a mozzarella, ricotta and Grana Padano cheese blend. To top it all off, the Focaccia Primavera is dotted wth sesame, flax and sunflower seeds to provide contrast and crunch.
The savory "part pizza, part pie" shares 10 grams of protein per serving thanks to the inclusion of cheese and egg whites, which promises to make it a satisfying snack.
