Taking the most colorful fruits and vegetables and slicing them into halves in order to be rearranged makes up the main focus of the Florent Tanet A Colorful Winter photography series.

Also known as 'Un Hiver en Couleur' the series looks at the brightness of fruits and vegetables, and how they can be arranged by color. Some are lined up from darkest to lightest and others are arranged in groups of contrasting colors, all emphasizing the range and beauty of this natural pigmentation. Some of the photographs feature foods that are stuck together to form a mutated sort of sculpture, and some of them feature foods that have been partially peeled to reveal a different color beneath the skin.
