James di Marco began with a long, rectangular and very thin metal body that houses the mechanics of the heater. It could be manufactured in either white or black. This component alone would be wonderfully utilitarian and minimalist in design and it would serve to blend in subtly with its surroundings. The creative decision was, however, made to enhance its image. An abstract lattice in red or frosted white material has it double as a sculptural artwork in the home.
