The Moooi design team recently put together a series of spherical floor lights that offer an unconventional rounded shape that is often reserved for hanging fixtures for flat surfaces. The design is made using a series of curved steel wires arranged in a lattice formation with tiny LED lights speckled throughout. The design replicates the aesthetic of a starry sky to create an artistic and modern lamp for the home.

Rather than opting for a central bulb, the lamp features series of steel sheets that are wrapped around each other to create a ball.
