Launched as part of the Middle Eastern airline's cargo and logistics arm, the service was enacted specifically to coincide with the seasonal surge for vehicle shipments to holiday destinations across Europe. Prior to the introduction of the FlightValet service, Etihad transported hundreds of high-value vehicles on passenger and freighter aircraft but this new program aims to simplify the experience and offer greater peace of mind.
According to Etihad, the FlightValet service will be operated by a team of dedicated professionals who will ensure that all excursions are handled in a swift, safe and secure manner. The service will be available year-round and will also offer car dealers and manufacturers the ability to move vehicles globally with ease.
