Working out from home has quickly gained popularity as more consumers seek out schedule-conscious ways to stay active, which is seeing solutions like the Forme Fitness Mirror gain popularity.
The at-home fitness machine has been designed by Yves Behar and entrepreneur Trent Ward, and features a disappearing display along with a pair of arms that can be pulled out of the sides. These arms connect to resistance pulleys to let users train effectively according to the on-screen guide; the components can be tucked away when not in use to give the unit a clean, minimalist look.
The Forme Fitness Mirror utilizes machine learning to help evaluate the performance of the user, adjust the weights accordingly and help to correct their form.
