Apple+ Fitness Launches 'Get Back to Fitness After Having a Baby'

Apple Fitness+ has announced the launch of an all-new workout platform for new mothers titled 'Get Back to Fitness After Having a Baby.' The program, which is available through the standard Apple Fitness+ app, focuses on helping new mothers build postpartum exercise routines.

The program includes strength training and mindfulness cool-down workouts, both of which place emphasis on breathing, gentle stretching, and pelvic floor health. In addition, 'Get Back to Fitness After Having a Baby' does not require that its users work with weights and dumbells. At most, some exercises ask that its users implement a single lightweight dumbbell if possible. As for the program's mindfulness-focused cool-downs, users can expect mediations tailored to new parents, touching on topics such as self-care and patience.
