The fiildDairy+ is a compound developed by Planteneers to significantly reduce the amount of animal dairy products we consume, which also has climate benefits. The rise of plant-based milk and dairy products has led to a realm of dairy innovations. Planteneers created the new compound to form the basis for drinks, pudding, fermented milk products like yogurt, and cheeses to create hybrid dairy products.
The plant compounds from the fiildDairy+ range can be combined with normal cow's milk. Dairies can blend the two ingredients to reduce the amount of milk used by 50%.
"In the development of our fiildDairy+ range, we paid special attention to getting the original flavor of the milk products," said Planteneers Product Manager Katharina Schafer.
