Conceptual Supercar Successors

The Ferrari Larossa 2020 is Designed to Succeed the LaFerrari

The Ferrari LaRossa 2020 is a concept car from Brazilian rendering artist Fernando Pastre Fertonani. Although Pastre Fertonani didn't say it, the LaRossa 2020 seems to have been created as a successor to the LaFerrari. The LaFerrari is currently at the top of the automaker's totem pole both in price (it originally sold for $1.35 million) and power (950 horsepower).

Like the LaFerrari, the Ferrari LaRossa 2020 has been designed for performance. It hugs the ground and has a sharp, aerodynamic design. There's no word on what engine would power this concept, but a hybrid V12 setup like the one found in the LaFerrari seems likely. While the Italian automaker hasn't announced plans for a new supercar many feel like it's only a matter of when and not if. At that point we'll see just how close concepts like the Ferrari LaRossa 2020 were to the real deal.

Hybrid Supercar Technology
The development of hybrid V12 engine setups, like that of the LaFerrari, could be expanded upon for more efficient and powerful supercars.
Aerodynamic Design Innovation
Designers could explore new aerodynamic shapes and materials to produce vehicles with even greater efficiency and speed.
Conceptual Rendering Advancements
Advancements in rendering and design software could lead to more detailed and accurate concept cars, allowing for more precise design and engineering decisions.

Sectors Adopting This

Automotive Manufacturing
Automotive companies could use the LaRossa 2020 and other concept cars as inspiration for their own supercar designs, potentially setting off a new round of innovation and development.
High-performance Car Accessories
Accessory makers could create new aftermarket parts to help owners of existing supercars achieve even higher levels of performance using hybrid technology and other advancements.
Design Software Development
Software developers could create new tools for automakers and designers to create more advanced and detailed concept cars, leading to more efficient and precise engineering decisions.
