Picniic recently updated its app with an intelligent family assistant called 'Pia' that helps families organize events, reminders and upcoming daily appointments.
Since it can be a challenge for families to keep a flow of information in the same place, Pia helps to keep families organized by offering various levels of support. As well as being able to converse with Pia, the virtual assistant will learn one's habits over time and even make recommendations. For instance, if a family is scheduled to go to the park, Pia might suggest checking the weather beforehand. Similarly, Pia might make a note of important tasks that should not be forgotten when getting ready for the busy back-to-school season.
Pia also offers a peek at the day ahead and encouragement along the way.
