CEO Sang Lee spoke on the FaceTory Urban Calm collection saying, "We've chosen natural ingredients traditionally used in Korean beauty and medicine like pear, seaweed, mung bean, honeybush and cica to go through the fermentation process to make the ingredient even more potent. To help increase the efficacy of our formulation, we included functional ingredients like capryloyl salicylic acid, vitamin B3 and B5 and hyaluronic acid, to tackle various skin concerns and to support healthy skin.”
