Acer is a brand that may traditionally be known for computers and related products, but the company has well and truly been looking to infiltrate the increasingly lucrative and fast-growing electric mobility market, as exemplified by the launch of the Extreme e-scooter
This e-scooter is available with a removable 36-volt battery unit that is set to provide a range of up to 35 km. Riders are also granted the ability to switch between a trio of speed modes for added flexibility.
Valerie Piau, associate vice president of EMEA over at Acer, noted that the Extreme e-scooter is part of the Acer brand's push towards exploring ways to infuse fun and convenient mobility into an eco-friendly ethos. "This year, we are looking to continue expanding the product lineup for off-road electric scooters and bicycles to create a comprehensive range of e-mobility solutions to better serve larger and more diverse user groups," Piau said.
